Patrick J. Fahey, of Bethel Park, Pennsylvania, passed away on August 26, 2026, after a life that began on May 4, 1996.
Patrick reached 30 years old and leaves a memory marked by warmth, thoughtfulness, and meaningful moments shared with family, friends, and acquaintances.
Patrick is survived by parents Thomas “TJ” Fahey and Lyn Fahey, and brothers Shawn and Riley.
Family and friends will gather for a funeral service on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at 7:30 PM at William Slater Funeral Service, 1650 Greentree Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15220.
The funeral arrangement remains under the care of Slater Funeral Service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may support Animal Friends, and others may plant a tree in Patrick’s memory.
